Just got the DVD this week and did the full body with weights, and Ab workout!! WHEW!! What I love most:
1.) The workouts are JUST THE RIGHT amount of time and don’t drag on and on!
2.) I am actually breaking a sweat and Targeting troubled areas.
3.) Pilar is not screaming over the music (which is VERY GOOD)…she’s just loud enough for you to hear what you need to hear.
4.) The modifications are perfect (I’m 54 and have bulging disc in my lower back.
5.) She included her Daughter in the Video, and it’s inspiring other young Ladies her age to stay fit!!Long story short, this will be my “go to” DVD at least 3 times per week!!!!!!!

This DVD has several different workouts…and I enjoy doing each one of them (for different reasons). I’m getting stronger everyday. Nicely done, Pilar!
